We make our premium ice cream from scratch. It is a French-style custard made with cream, milk, egg yolk, sugar and a pinch of corn starch. We also bake all of our cookies and treats from scratch.

We make everything by hand right here in our Seattle kitchen. Our team rallies together to fill large orders, such as 10,000 salted brown butter crispy treats! Some of our biggest events have had over 1,600 guests! That is a lot of hand scooped ice cream! Phew!
